This project aims to revitalize an age-old classic: Curry Prawn Crackers. This locally produced snack has stayed a sought after product, a hard thing to do, considering the sheer amount of food-related imports in Singapore.
Taking into consideration Singapore’s humidity, the crackers were packaged in a resealable bag, ensuring that your snacks will never go stale, or as we like to say in Singapore: “lao hong”.
